Tickets

CSS Day 2022 is sold out! Tickets were €650 (€786,50 including 21% Dutch VAT). If you want to be on our waiting list, please let us know. Otherwise:

If Covid returns substantially, and Dutch regulations prevent us from running the conference, we will have to cancel. If we cancel the conference, we will fully reimburse your tickets.

A conference ticket includes:

  • Access to the conference on both days
  • Coffee, tea, lunch, and refreshments throughout both days
  • Drinks and a bite on both evenings

Tickets are non-refundable if the conference takes place, but you can transfer them to someone else.

We expect all our attendees to be aware of our code of conduct.

Child care

For the first time ever, in cooperation with Amsternannies, we're offering child care services throughout both days. Inside the venue, we have a room with a dedicated nanny, where you can drop off or pick up your little one(s) whenever you want, and as many times as you like. If you'd like to use these services, please let us know beforehand, so we can plan accordingly (and prepare a small-sized-collectors-item badge as well :-).

VAT

Since the conference is taking place in The Netherlands, 21% Dutch VAT will be added to all ticket prices.

Article 53 of the European VAT directive requires us to charge VAT even to foreigners:

"B2B services in respect of admission to cultural, artistic, sporting, scientific, educational, entertainment and similar events will be taxed at the place where those events actually take place."

Visa

If you want to visit the Netherlands for a short stay (up to 90 days), you might need a visa. How you apply for a visa depends on your country.

For more information, see Applying for a short-stay Schengen visa.

If you need help with an invitation letter, please let us know.
