Tickets

Single-day tickets were €325. Combo tickets were €600. All tickets are sold out, though please let us know if you're interested; we're forming a waiting list.

Since the conference is taking place in The Netherlands, 21% Dutch VAT will be added to all ticket prices. Tickets can be paid via invoice (bank transfer), credit card, iDEAL or our other online payment options. Payment by invoice will be disabled around 21 May.

A conference ticket includes:

  • Access to the conference on Thursday and/or Friday
  • Coffee, tea, lunch, and refreshments throughout the day
  • Drinks and a bite in the evening

Tickets are non-refundable, but you can transfer them to someone else. Also, contact us if you wish to upgrade your single-day ticket to a two-day one.

We expect all our attendees to be aware of our code of conduct.

Diversity tickets

Together with our sponsors and some of our speakers, we've made a few diversity tickets available, via diversitytickets.org; deadline for applying was April 13th. Application and selection is handled by the Travis Foundation, to which we'll donate an amount for each diversity ticket handed out.

If you want to support our diversity program, you can donate an amount while ordering your own ticket.

Student discount

Students can get an 80% discount, after which we'll ask for a valid student ID.

VAT

Article 53 of the European VAT directive requires us to charge VAT even to foreigners:

"B2B services in respect of admission to cultural, artistic, sporting, scientific, educational, entertainment and similar events will be taxed at the place where those events actually take place."

Visa

If you want to visit the Netherlands for a short stay (up to 90 days), you might need a visa. How you apply for a visa depends on your country.

For more information, see Applying for a short-stay Schengen visa.

If you need help with an invitation letter, please let us know.
